If only part of your order has arrived, it is likely that you have ordered items with different lead times (e.g. accessories will be delivered faster than a bridal gown) or your items are made in different production areas.
For example, if you order five different bridesmaids styles, it is very typical for some or all of the gowns to be shipped separately.
