If you are feeling unwell we ask that you do not attend your appointment and reach out to one of our stylists to reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better. Please note you must cancel/reschedule your appointment via the link in your confirmation email. Please do not phone us to cancel your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your booking fee.
